Background
Client portal

A portal for every venue you scan.

Each venue gets its own branded home for its tours, visitor numbers, share links and hosting payments.

What the portal includes

  • Your name and logo

The portal shows your logo and company name in its sidebar, on the invitation page and in the emails your clients receive. A small “Powered by TourGuide3D” note stays.

  • Every tour in one place

A venue sees all of its tours with their hosting status and opens any of them as the full interactive tour. It can save screenshots as well.

  • Analytics they can read

Visits and unique visitors for the last 7 or 30 days, plus opens and average time for each sub-tour. You decide per tour whether the venue sees them.

  • Links ready to share

Each tour comes with a full-tour link and embed code. Add single rooms or guided tour chapters as extra links, and the venue copies what it needs.

  • Hosting billing that stays with you

Set a flat or per-tour price, billed monthly, yearly or once. The venue pays online, the money goes to your own Stripe account, and past payments are listed with their invoices and receipts.

  • The right people, the right access

Invite colleagues as Admin or Viewer. Admins handle billing; viewers see tours and analytics, never prices or invoices. Access through a group covers every venue in it.

Two sides, one portal

You run it. They use it.

For operators

Set it up once per venue.

  • Add each venue as a client, or group several venues under one client group.
  • Assign tours from your account, or bring in many at once from a list of links or a Matterport CSV.
  • Preview exactly what a client sees before you invite anyone.
  • Choose which analytics and share links each venue gets.
  • Set the hosting price and the date billing starts.
  • Let a venue inside a group take over paying for its own hosting.

For venues

Everything about your tours.

  • Sign in once and find every tour that is hosted for you.
  • Open a tour, see how many people visited it, and which sub-tours they opened.
  • Copy a link or embed code and put the tour on your own website.
  • Pay for hosting online. If your provider covers it, there is nothing to pay.
  • Invite your own colleagues and decide who sees billing.
  • Save screenshots to keep a view of the tour.

Give your next venue a portal.

The client portal is part of the paid plan. Request access and we will get you started.
