Questions
What counts as an active tour?
A full tour that isn't archived. Archived tours and Lite tracking-only tours don't count. Your first active tour is free; the paid plan bills per active tour, and your monthly price follows the count.
Do I need a Matterport® subscription?
TourGuide3D builds on Matterport® tours, so you start from a Matterport scan. The scan stays in your Matterport account — TourGuide3D adds the experience on top.
How are the AI assistant and Live Avatar billed?
From prepaid AI credits, separate from your monthly plan price. Top up when you need more.
What is the White Label add-on?
An optional add-on on top of the Paid plan for $9/month, booked from your billing page. It gives you your own domain for your tours, such as tours.yourcompany.com (one domain), and removes TourGuide3D branding where your visitors and clients look: the tour viewer, link previews, the client portal, the invitation page and emails to your clients. The Paid plan alone already removes the large TourGuide3D watermark from your tours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no seat licences or lock-in — cancel anytime.
